English 30, Introduction to Literature: Traditions & Counter-traditions
This version of the Introduction to Literature course is based on exploring both traditional and nontraditional kinds of literature. It moves from poetry and short fiction to visual and blackout poetry, microfiction and Twitterfiction, and then ends with a unit on the fairy tale told both traditionally and radically.
